Sezin, I am very sorry that you went through such a traumatic experience years ago, and I am glad that you found your wonder-food. I am quite willing to believe that injera, a good wot and a tall glass of tej would have healing properties!

My friends and I had Ethiopian food last Sunday. Before we went out for dinner, one of our friends treated us to an Ethiopian coffee ceremony - she's not Ethiopian herself but she is a real coffee aficionado and she enjoys roasting her own beans. Needless to say, we had a wonderful evening!

Emmanuelle

I have yet to try Ethiopian cuisine. I have heard about their famous coffee. I have also heard that they are eating their food with their hands - no silverware. That must be fun! :o)

Meow! Magical food, that would be something I'd like to try, but I don't think I can convince Mommy and Daddy to travel abroad, just to get me some... Meow, what a pity!
Oscar, the Expat Cat

Hi Sezin,
You sure make Ethiopian food sound VERY good! Maybe it would be a great help for my allergies, too!

That restaurant you mentioned, in Athens, sounds like a wonderful place--where they really treated you like family!

Thanks for the blurb about Anastasia!

Have a great day!
Sher :0)
