I am quite willing to believe that injera, a good wot and a tall glass of tej would have healing properties! <br /><br />My friends and I had Ethiopian food last Sunday. Before we went out for dinner, one of our friends treated us to an Ethiopian coffee ceremony - she's not Ethiopian herself but she is a real coffee aficionado and she enjoys roasting her own beans.
