A Love Letter to Narcissus Personified

Written on a postcard of a mirror that only shows your reflection, no matter who else stands in front of it:

“Me me me me me me me”
is actually sung
“Mi mi mi mi mi mi mi mi”.

Where a stamp should go but you won’t let anything spoil your reflection:
November 2, 2010

Your song is in the key of boring.

  1. That’s funny Sezin. The first time our friend Anastasia send a message with “hee, hee, hee” it took me a day or so to figure out that was the English version of “hi, hi, hi”. Ha, ha, ha! LOL
And now back to NaNoWriMo. You’re going strong I see, great word count! Keep them coming with your love letters to unexpected recipients.

    • Great point, Judith! Actually it occurred to me that in Spanish “me” and “mi” both mean me and my so that’s confusing, but I figured since I am writing in English I’d have to hope the joke came across. 🙂 Thank you for always reading and commenting! xoxo
